As part of their continued growth strategy within the UK market, they are looking for a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to strengthen their presence across the South of England.
Job Description Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing customer relationships, and increasing PATLITE's market share throughout Southern England.
You will work closely with distributors, system integrators, machine builders, OEMs, and end users to promote PATLITE's extensive portfolio of signalling and communication products. The role offers a high degree of autonomy and would suit someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, developing long-term relationships, and delivering consultative sales solutions in a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities include
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across key industrial sectors. Build strong relationships with OEMs, machine builders, systems integrators, distributors, and end users. Promote PATLITE products and solutions through customer visits, presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
Work collaboratively with distribution partners to generate and convert sales opportunities. Manage and develop existing customer accounts to maximise revenue growth. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and regular activity reporting via CRM systems. Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to ...
