Business Support & AI Apprentice

We are looking for a motivated and personable apprentice to join our growing team. You will support the day-to-day administration and customer engagement activities within our Business Relationship team. You will play an important role in ensuring our customers, suppliers and colleagues receive excellent service and communication.

No previous IT experience is required. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to develop a career within a professional business environment. During your apprenticeship, you'll gain valuable experience in: Customer relationship management Business administration Commercial awareness Professional communication Quotation and order processing CRM and business systems Working within a successful Managed Service Provider (MSP)
