Due to the continued growth of our company, we are recruiting a call handler to work in our office on Doddington Road in Lincoln on a 3-, 4-or 5-day basis. Your Job NO LEGAL EXPERIENCE NECESSARY OTE OF £35,000 Simpler Law is looking for a call handler to join our team in Lincoln, typically working the hours between 9am and 5:30pm.
Your role will be to ensure all calls are processed in a timely manner, conduct outbound calls to clients and respond to any inbound queries. You will be speaking with our clients to discuss their experience with us, identifying any potential needs and ensuring they always receive excellent customer service.
We receive over 120 referrals a day so there is no cold calling required with this role. You will be based in our head office in Lincoln on Doddington Road. All training will be provided with additional support on an ongoing basis.
