Care Assistant Support Worker full time position

START ASAP R&V Ltd is looking for individuals who have an upbeat personality who are ready to work as care assistants/nurses for our client. We are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team. We are currently looking to source a regular agency staff member for an upcoming block booking at Meadow View.

We require a reliable, fully trained female support worker who can complete a two-week induction period of shadow shifts, before transitioning to a regular rota (including weekends) for the next 8 to 12 weeks. It is imperative that the candidate holds a clean UK driver's licence and is willing and able to drive an automatic vehicle.

We have recently experienced issues with inducted agency staff refusing to drive; therefore, we must ensure that any proposed candidate is explicitly aware that driving the supported individual's car is an ongoing requirement of this role.

The candidate must have fully up-to-date training, including diabetes and epilepsy. They must be able to commit fully to both the initial shadow shifts and the subsequent 8 to 12-week period. Please be advised we dont provide sponsorship.

To be considered in this opportunity you need to have full time right to work. Your CARE ASSISTANT/ Support role will include: Assisting residents with personal care and dressing Assisting residents with incontinence needs Assisting residents with repositioning - must be able to use required equipment - hoist, stand aid, slide sheet etc.

Assisting with food and fluids Helping with laundry, cleaning, preparing meals Record all relevant documents accurately - must have good verbal and written skills
