This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious MRICS Building Surveyor looking to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile commercial and professional property projects within a highly regarded consultancy. The RoleAs a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will undertake a varied mix of professional and project-based building surveying work, advising a broad range of clients across the commercial property sector.
Your responsibilities will include
Building surveys and technical due diligenceDefect diagnosis and building pathologyPlanned and reactive maintenance advicePreparation of specifications and schedules of workContract administration and project managementDilapidations and reinstatement adviceParty wall and other professional surveying servicesClient management and development of new business opportunitiesAbout YouYou will ideally be MRICS qualified with solid post-qualification experience within a building surveying or property consultancy environment.
You should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage projects and client relationships independently.
