What you'll be doing Leading and supporting the catering team to deliver great food and excellent customer service.

Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and service.

Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen and catering operation.

Promoting a positive, supportive team environment and leading by example.

Following all food safety, allergen, health and safety and company procedures.

Working collaboratively with colleagues and assisting with other duties as required.

Attending relevant training sessions and meetings, putting your learning into practice.

Representing Compass Group professionally and helping to maintain a positive company image.

What we're looking for Previous experience in a chef or catering leadership role.

A genuine passion for food, quality and customer service.

A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.

The ability to motivate and support a team in a busy environment.

A flexible approach to working, including 5 days over 7 depending on business needs.

A commitment to training, personal development and consistently high standards.
