This is a great opportunity to work at the forefront of the clean energy sector alongside leading specialists across the UK.The RoleAdvise on a wide range of clean energy matters including: PPAs, battery optimisation and tolling contractsBiogas offtake arrangementsClean energy project development, acquisitions and disposalsCfDs, Capacity Market, REGOs and other low carbon support regimesEnergy supply arrangementsOfgem licensing and regulatory issuesGrid connection, IDNOs and private wire arrangementsHeat networks and heat supply/offtake contractsCandidate Requirements5-7 years' PQE with strong commercial, projects or regulatory experience in the clean energy sector.

Applications also welcome from transactional lawyers with focused clean energy experience. Familiarity with technologies such as solar, wind, hydro, battery storage, energy from waste, biogas, hydrogen, EV charging or district heating is an advantage.
