Job Description KC Group is working with a leading firm who are looking for a Client Accounting Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA/ACCA qualified professional to develop their career across accountancy and business advisory, while building strong, long-term relationships with clients across the rural sector.

As Client Accounting Manager, you'll take responsibility for a mixed portfolio of clients, providing high-quality accounting, tax and commercial advice.

Your responsibilities will include

Overseeing the preparation and completion of annual accounts and business tax computations for a varied client portfolio. Providing advice on annual remuneration planning and profit forecasts. Advising clients on capital taxes and reviewing VAT returns.

Building and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships. Identifying opportunities to add value through tax planning and wider commercial advice. Supporting clients with their broader business objectives and helping them achieve their goals.

Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team, helping them develop their skills and careers. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who combines strong technical accountancy skills with a genuine interest in working with rural and agricultural businesses.

You'll ideally have

ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification. Experience working with clients in the agricultural and rural business sector. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to develop lasting client relationships.

A commercial mindset and the confidence to identify opportunities to add value. Sound working knowledge of Excel, Xero and Sage.
