Client Success Associate

Overview

In this role you will partner with clients across industries to maximize the value of Gartner membership, guiding executives and teams to realize outcomes. You will help clients adopt Gartner research, tools, and expert insights, driving value and ROI while collaborating with internal teams. This is an early-career path into relationship management, strategy, and executive engagement within a global leader in research and technology insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand priorities and support their outcomes
• Build relationships with stakeholders from C-level to individual contributors
• Lead onboarding to help clients realize value quickly
• Connect clients with Gartner research, experts, tools, and events aligned to priorities
• Drive engagement and adoption of Gartner services to maximize value and ROI
• Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to deliver a seamless client experience
• Leverage client insights and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for greater value
• Contribute to client satisfaction and retention through proactive support and strategic guidance

Key requirements

• Fluency in English at professional business level
• Fluency in one of the listed languages (Spanish, French, Arabic, Dutch, German, Italian, Norwegian, Swedish)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience from internships, professional roles, customer-facing roles, or leadership activities
