Client Success Associate - Swedish Speaking

Overview

In this role you help Gartner clients realise value from their subscription by onboarding and guiding adoption across senior and mid-level stakeholders. You will surface client priorities, connect them with Gartner resources, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, high-impact support. You drive ongoing engagement and demonstrate ROI, shaping the client journey from initial touch to sustained partnership. This is a hands-on, client-facing role in a growth-focused, AI-enabled advisory environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and drive initial adoption of Gartner services
• Introduce Gartner capabilities to prospective and new clients and connect them with the expert community
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to maximize ROI
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver services, share best practices, and design innovative solutions
• Use insights and metrics to sustain client engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth

Key requirements

• Fluency in Swedish and English at business level
• Bachelor degree preferred with 6+ months of relevant experience
• Track record of delivering client delight
