This is an excellent opportunity to manage a complex caseload of high value claimant clinical negligence matters while supervising and mentoring a small team. The RoleWorking within a specialist claimant clinical negligence team,

you will

Manage your own caseload of complex and technical clinical negligence claimsHandle high value matters both pre and post issueSupervise and mentor a team of case handlersConduct weekly risk assessment meetings and 1 2 1 supervision sessionsProvide ad hoc guidance and support to junior colleaguesParticipate in team training, development and marketing initiativesMaintain and contribute to the group's case management proceduresThis role offers the opportunity to work on challenging, sensitive and rewarding cases while playing a key part in team development.
