Job Description CNC Machinist | Engineering & Manufacturing | Bristol£36,000-£42000YT Technologies is proud to be a partner for Domin. They are looking for a highly skilled CNC Machinist to support delivery of Prototype hardware components from Design to product Validation teams.
Reporting to the Prototype Manufacturing Manager and working with their CAM Programmer, you will be pivotal in further developing their world class hydraulic systems & their applications, through machining 1-off & low-volume components to the tightest of toleranceEssential
Requirements
1. 3+ years experience of setting & operating multi axis milling machines & CNC lathes2. Knowledge & understanding of Fanuc / ISO G code programming3. Competency of using hand measurement tools (EG. micrometres, vernier callipers, etc.)4.
Strong understanding of 2D drawings and GD&T principles5. In depth knowledge of metal cutting tools & techniques6. Proficient in machining & inspecting components toBeneficial
Requirements
1. Full online ISO/G-Code programming ability2. Experience with Sub-spindle lathes & live tooling3. Experience of machining Castings and/or AM components4. Wire EDM programming & operation experience5.
