An outstanding opportunity for a Commercial Property Development Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a highly regarded Real Estate and Development team in Manchester. The team is recognised for advising on some of the UK's most significant development, regeneration and infrastructure projects.
Acting for developers, landowners, investors, transport operators and corporate clients, the successful candidate will enjoy exposure to large-scale and strategically important projects across a variety of sectors. This role offers a unique combination of complex commercial property work, development projects, infrastructure delivery and renewable energy matters.

The Role
