Commercial Property Solicitor Reading Area | Hybrid Working Available | Full-Time About the Firm Our client is a well-established and respected law firm with an excellent reputation for providing high-quality legal services to a broad range of commercial clients across Berkshire.
Due to continued growth and a strong flow of new instructions, the firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and expanding Property team. The department continues to attract high-quality work and offers an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
About the Role The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion, including: Commercial leases and landlord & tenant matters Acquisitions and disposals Development and investment transactions Asset management work Property finance matters General commercial property transactions Client relationship management and business development activities The role offers exposure to a diverse client base, including investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and owner-managed businesses.
About You Qualified Solicitor with ideally 1+ years' PQE in Commercial Property Proven ability to manage a commercial property caseload with minimal supervision Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail Excellent communication and client care skills Commercially minded with a proactive and solutions-focused approach Ambitious and motivated to develop within a growing team Applications from candidates outside of the stated PQE level will be considered where relevant experience can be demonstrated.
