Job Description A reputable regional firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to handle high-quality commercial work with genuine progression prospects.

Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of commercial property transactions. Handling freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, lease renewals, and assignments. Acting for landlords, tenants, developers, investors, and SMEs.

Supporting senior lawyers on complex commercial real estate transactions and development matters. Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, heads of terms, licences, and reports on title. Conducting due diligence, searches, and enquiries.

Managing client relationships and contributing to business development activities. Key Skills & Experience Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in commercial property law (NQ considered). Strong understanding of commercial leases, acquisitions, disposals, and general property work.
