Commercial Solicitor (4 PQE) Maidenhead Hybrid Working | £65,000-£85,000 DOE Bonus Excellent Benefits Our client, a leading Legal 500 law firm, is seeking an ambitious Commercial Solicitor (4 PQE) to join its growing Commercial team in Maidenhead.

Benefits Salary of £65,000-£85,000 depending on experience Annual bonus Hybrid and flexible working Private healthcare Enhanced pension Generous annual leave Ongoing professional development and clear career progression High-quality Legal 500 work Friendly, collaborative and inclusive team culture The Role You'll advise a diverse client base on a broad range of commercial matters, including: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts Terms and Conditions of Business Supply, distribution and agency agreements IT, software and SaaS agreements Licensing, intellectual property and data protection matters Outsourcing and service agreements Advising start-ups on business structures, investment and commercial strategy Supporting charities on governance, regulatory compliance and commercial issues Advising SMEs and owner-managed businesses on day-to-day commercial legal matters Supporting multinational organisations with UK commercial law and cross-border transactions Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives About You You'll ideally be a Qualified Solicitor with 4 years' PQE in Commercial Law, plus: Strong experience advising on a wide range of commercial contracts Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements Knowledge of IT, technology or software contracts would be advantageous Excellent technical drafting and negotiation skills Commercial awareness with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach Strong communication and client relationship management skills An interest in business development and networking Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team Why Apply?
