The RoleWe're looking for a Graduate Communications Executive who has recently qualified in English, Journalism, or a related discipline, and is passionate about storytelling, clarity, and impact.
You'll support communications across our Technology and Product organisation, helping translate technical and product developments into engaging content for internal. Working closely with the CTO, engineers, product managers, and senior stakeholders, you'll learn how world-class tech organisations communicate vision, progress, and change. This is a development-focused role with real responsibility from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the CTO with written communications, including presentations, updates, briefings, and messagingTurning complex technical and product topics into clear, engaging, and accessible contentHelping shape internal communications across Engineering and Product teamsAssisting with executive-level storytelling, including all-hands content and leadership updatesPartnering with Product and Engineering teams to understand roadmaps, launches, and key initiativesEditing and refining content to ensure clarity, tone, and consistencySupporting wider communications projects linked to technology, innovation, and product evolutionWhat You'll Bring: A recent degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related subjectStrong writing and editing skills, with an ability to explain ideas clearly and conciselyA genuine interest and knowledge in technology, digital products, or how things are built (technical background not required but a nice to have)Confidence working with senior stakeholders and asking thoughtful questionsExcellent attention to detail and a strong sense of tone and audienceCuriosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-moving environmentStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple pieces of workPassion for sport and media is a plus, but not essentialBenefitsBenefits include access to DAZN, 25 days' annual leave (increasing by 3 days after 3 years), private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contributions up to 5%, family friendly community including enhanced parental leave, electric vehicle benefit option, learning and development resources, opportunity for flexible working, and access to our internal speaker series and events.
