Computing Teacher

Computing Teacher Immediate start Excellent rates of pay Flexible work patterns Suitable for a Computing ECT or experienced Computing Teacher A Computing Teacher is needed in a Mixed Sixth Form in South West London. This Computing Teacher position can be part or full time and will be temporary.

Teaching for this Computing Teacher post will be for Year 11, 12 and 13 classes. The rates for this Computing Teacher role will be between £150 to £210 a day, depending on the experiences and qualifications of each applicant.

The Sixth Form College A Mixed Sixth Form for pupils aged 16 to 19 years old located in the London Borough of Lambeth. It was established in 2021 and there are currently just under 400 pupils on enrolment. Personal, Relationships, Sex and Health Education is a core part of the sixth form's ethos, being regularly taught to pupils by Form Tutors.

The building and facilities include but aren't limited to; music teaching/practice rooms, a drama studio, main hall, dining area, outside amphitheatre, graphics room, media room, art suite, fitness/sports space, ICT suites, large library, science laboratories and a horticulture space.

Cultural Perspectives are also a key part of learning, where pupils are taught about the wider world beyond the walls of the Sixth Form. Topics cover First Aid Skills, Space, Philosophy and Statues of Parliament. Despite being a Sixth Form, the staff ask pupils to uphold a smart dress code.

Requirements You're encouraged to apply if you're a recently qualified Computing Teacher or experienced Computing Teacher. Applications are also welcome if you are a British trained Computing Teacher or overseas trained Computing Teacher.
