Location: Mainstream Primary School Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only Duration: Long-Term, with a View to Permanent Employment Pay: £90-£120 per day (dependent on experience and payroll choice) Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant - ASAP Start Reeson Education is recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school on a full-time, long-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Early Years professional looking for a stable, term-time-only position, with the potential to secure a permanent contract. The successful candidate will work within the school's Nursery provision, supporting children in their early learning and development while helping to create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework. Assist with children's personal, social, emotional and educational development. Support early communication, language, phonics and numeracy development.

Help maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive Nursery environment. Provide individual and small-group support where required, including children with additional needs. Work collaboratively with teaching staff to monitor children's progress and development.

Essential Requirements Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification that meets the Department for Education (DfE) requirements for inclusion in EYFS staff-to-child ratios. Previous experience working within a Nursery, Early Years or EYFS setting.

Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. A caring, patient and proactive approach to supporting young children. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must be available full-time, Monday to Friday, during term time.
