This role offers a chance to work on a diverse range of construction projects, advising national developers, funders, landlords, contractors, and consultants.

Key responsibilities include:Drafting and negotiating contracts, consultant agreements, collateral warranties, and third-party rights. Advising clients through all phases of development, from planning to completion. Handling dispute resolution and risk mitigation strategies.
