Construction Manager, Design and Construction

Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end delivery of Amazon infrastructure projects in Europe, from concept to construction. You’ll work within the Design and Construction Execution team to support delivery stations and fulfillment centers that power global logistics.

You will travel up to 50% across the UK and EMEA, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn plans into reality. Expect hands-on site work, strategic planning, and continuous learning in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project delivery from initial concept through final construction
• Assist in preparing comprehensive project budgets and detailed schedules
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
• Maintain meticulous project documentation and tracking systems
• Learn and apply best practices in pre-construction and construction processes

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with data/analytics and using data to make decisions
• Experience in written and oral communication with various levels of the organization
• Experience in construction or project management
• English proficiency at C1 level or above
