This role is ideally suited to someone with a genuine interest in contentious construction law and a desire to work on complex, high-quality matters for a diverse client base. You'll advise and represent clients on: Construction disputes, adjudications and litigationPre-action protocol and dispute resolution mattersMediation and strategic dispute managementContentious construction issues across a range of sectorsThere is also the opportunity to gain exposure to non-contentious construction work if desired, although this is not essential to the role.

You'll work with an impressive client portfolio including: National developers and contractorsLeading housebuildersHousing associations and social housing providersThis is a fantastic opportunity to build your expertise, gain direct client exposure and take on meaningful responsibility from an early stage.

Candidate RequirementsQualified Solicitor (NQ - 3 years PQE)Experience in construction law, ideally within a specialist construction team or through a dedicated training seatStrong interest in contentious construction mattersAbility to manage your own workload with minimal supervisionExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsWhy Join?
