In this role, you will handle a caseload of contentious construction disputes within a top regional practice. You’ll work alongside senior colleagues on technically challenging disputes across adjudication, litigation, arbitration and mediation.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of construction disputes
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on technically challenging matters
• Support clients through dispute resolution processes (adjudication, litigation, arbitration, mediation)
• Draft, negotiate and advocate in dispute contexts
• Develop client relationships and run files with increasing independence
• Contribute to high-profile disputes across the construction and infrastructure sectors

Key requirements

• 2+ years experience in contentious construction law
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Confidence managing client relationships and running files independently
• Proactive, commercially minded approach
• Enthusiasm for construction disputes and the built environment sector
