Responsibilities

• Litigation in the Technology & Construction Court
• Adjudications, domestic and international arbitration
• Pre-action protocols
• Strategic troubleshooting and advisory work across the project lifecycle
• Mediation, expert determination and other industry-specific procedures
• Develop and manage junior lawyers
• Contribute to business development and client relationship growth

Key requirements

• 8+ PQE in contentious construction
• Strong track record in complex, high-value disputes
• Proficient across multiple dispute resolution methods
• Ability to autonomously manage a demanding and varied caseload
• Experience supervising or developing junior lawyers
• Willingness to contribute to business development and client relationships
• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Scotland
