In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of 15 industrial sites across the UK , ensuring the effective delivery of facilities management and maintenance services. If you have a strong background in facilities management, engineering, technical services or contract management , this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities Full P&L responsibility of £1 million. Manage a portfolio of 15 industrial sites across the UK Oversee the delivery of facilities management and maintenance services Manage a high volume of reactive maintenance jobs Coordinate and manage contractors and service providers Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships Monitor service delivery and contractor performance Ensure reactive works are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales Manage competing priorities across multiple locations Attend sites across the UK as required Maintain high standards of customer service and operational delivery Requirements Previous experience in a Contract Manager, Facilities Manager or Technical Manager position Strong technical / engineering background Experience within facilities management, maintenance, building services or a related environment Excellent customer-facing and communication skills Experience managing reactive maintenance and contractors Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple sites and competing priorities UK Driving Licence Right to work in the UK What's on Offer £60,000 - £65,000 Basic Salary £5,100 Car Allowance 20% Annual Bonus 25 Days Holiday Company Pension Scheme Hybrid Working UK-wide travel as required If you live in the Basingstoke / Hampshire area and are looking for your next opportunity within Contract Management, this could be the role for you.
