Your responsibilities will include managing five contracts across the UK, overseeing engineering teams and ensuring the successful operational and financial delivery of the contracts. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of 5 contracts across the UK Full P&L responsibility for approximately £1.1 million Lead and manage resident and mobile engineering teams across the UK Manage and support a Contract Support professional Ensure contracts are delivered effectively, safely and in line with agreed service standards Monitor operational and commercial performance across all contracts Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders Travel across the UK as required Work collaboratively with engineering and support teams to ensure successful contract delivery Requirements Proven experience in a Contract Manager or similar senior facilities management position Strong commercial and P&L management experience Experience managing engineering teams, including resident and mobile engineers Strong understanding of facilities management and technical services Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong organisational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities across a UK-wide portfolio Full UK Driving Licence Right to work in the UK What's on Offer £60,000 - £65,000 per annum £5,100 Car Allowance 20% Performance Bonus 25 Days Annual Leave Company Pension Scheme Hybrid Working Opportunity to manage a significant UK-wide contract portfolio Excellent opportunity for career progression If you live in and around the Northwest, Manchester, Leeds or Liverpool area, this could be the role for you.
