The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of Islamic Finance conveyancing matters, including: Handling your own caseload from instruction through to completionDelivering a first class service across a wide range of Islamic Finance transactionsReviewing key documentation, managing completions and resolving due diligence issuesUnderstanding client requirements and navigating the nuances of Islamic Finance instructionsEnsuring compliance and maintaining high professional standardsWorking closely with assistant level support and the wider team to deliver exceptional serviceCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to an experienced conveyancer with: Proven experience managing a busy residential conveyancing caseloadStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsA logical, methodical approach to problem solvingConfidence managing multiple tasks and deadlinesA collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvementWhy Join This Firm?
