A friendly, close knit and well established law firm is seeking two permanent Residential Conveyancers / Residential Property Solicitors to join its busy and growing Taunton office. These hires form part of a long term expansion plan and will help strengthen the team as the department continues to grow.

The RoleYou will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgagesTransfers of equityRegistered and unregistered titlesNew build work (advantageous but not essential)Optional: light commercial property work if desiredLiaising with clients, agents, lenders and third partiesSupervising junior staff where appropriate (desirable)Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environmentCandidate RequirementsThese opportunities are suited to: Residential Property SolicitorsCILEX LawyersLicensed ConveyancersExperienced residential conveyancing fee earnersYou will bring: Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancingAbility to manage your own caseload independentlyA reliable, sensible and team focused approachExcellent communication and client care skillsA stable career history or clear reasons for any frequent movesA positive personality that fits a close knit, sociable teamConfidence supervising juniors is desirable but not essentialWorking Pattern & FlexibilityThe firm is genuinely family friendly and understands childcare and life commitments.
