Job Description Licensed Conveyancer Plymouth We are looking for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join an established legal team based in Plymouth .This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified conveyancer looking to take responsibility for their own caseload within a supportive and professional environment.
The role would suit someone with strong residential conveyancing experience who is confident managing matters from initial instruction through to completion while delivering a high standard of client service. The Role As a Licensed Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters and provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction.
Your responsibilities will include
Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completionActing for clients on sales, purchases and other property transactionsReviewing contracts, title documents and property informationRaising and responding to enquiriesReviewing searches and identifying potential issuesAdvising clients on the legal aspects of their transactionsLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitorsPreparing and reviewing relevant legal documentationManaging exchange and completion processesDealing with post-completion requirementsEnsuring matters are progressed efficiently and within agreed timescalesMaintaining accurate and compliant client filesProviding regular updates and maintaining strong client relationshipsManaging your own workload and prioritising competing deadlinesEnsuring all work is completed in accordance with relevant regulatory requirementsAbout You We're looking for an experienced and client-focused Licensed Conveyancer who is comfortable managing their own caseload with a good degree of autonomy.
You should have: Licensed Conveyancer qualification or equivalent relevant conveyancing qualificationStrong experience in residential conveyancingProven ability to manage a caseload from instruction through to completionGood technical knowledge of residential property law and procedureStrong drafting, communication and negotiation skillsExcellent attention to detailGood organisational and time-management abilitiesA proactive approach to progressing mattersThe ability to work independently while contributing to a wider teamA strong commitment to client service and regulatory complianceThe Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be an experienced conveyancer who can take ownership of their matters and keep transactions moving .You'll be confident dealing with clients and professional stakeholders, resolving issues as they arise and managing deadlines effectively.
