What you'll be doing

Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion Handling a broad range of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build and shared ownership transactions Supporting team and business growth

About you

At least 1 year's experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload Experience handling sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity Knowledge of new build and shared ownership transactions would be advantageous
