Job Description Conveyancer - Qualified Location: Bristol, BS32 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive + Benefits Package Join a well-established law firm with over 30 years of experience and a national reputation in the Property sector.
We are seeking a Residential Property conveyancer to handle a mixed residential caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion, maintaining the highest standard of client care. Day-to-Day of
the Role
Effectively manage a manageable and varied caseload in residential conveyancing. Maintain and build upon existing client relationships. Supervise the team in the absence of the Legal Director. Work to strict deadlines in a pressurised but friendly environment.
Liaise with support staff (i.e., Legal Secretaries, Paralegals, and Trainee Paralegals) in a positive and proactive manner. Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based records for clients. Act as a positive ambassador for Davies and Partners Solicitors.
Undertake appropriate and relevant staff development regularly. Required Skills &
Qualifications
Solicitor or FCILEx qualified, CLC registered. 6 years+ PQE (Desirable). Possess a detailed understanding of Property Law. Ability to maintain and build upon existing client relationships. Capable of taking on a supervisory role in the absence of the Legal Director, and able to mentor/assist others in the team.
Self-organised and proactive. Ability to take responsibility and solve problems. Attention to detail. Ability to maintain client confidentiality. Adaptable to the needs of the business as changes occur during the operational requirements.
Competent in the effective use of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
