p An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced strong Coordinating Authorised Person /strong to support the delivery of safe systems of work and statutory compliance across a portfolio of highly secure and technically complex sites. /p p br /p p This role is ideal for an experienced Authorised Person who is passionate about health, safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
You will provide specialist guidance, support and assurance to site-based Authorised Persons, helping to ensure the consistent application of safe working practices and compliance with JSP 375 requirements. /p p br /p p Working across multiple sites, you will act as a subject matter expert, mentor and technical advisor, supporting operational teams in maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ul li Provide guidance and support to site Authorised Persons across multiple locations. /li li Coordinate statutory compliance and Safe Systems of Work delivery in accordance with JSP 375 requirements. /li li Monitor, review and report on compliance performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. /li li Escalate safety concerns, risks or compliance issues to senior stakeholders where appropriate. /li li Support the planning and delivery of specialist engineering and maintenance activities. /li li Promote best practice and drive continuous improvement across operational teams. /li li Ensure health, safety and environmental procedures are applied consistently and effectively. /li li Work closely with Estates and Facilities teams to maintain asset safety and compliance. /li /ul p br /p p strong About You /strong /p p To be successful in this role, you will have: /p ul li Previous experience in a similar Authorised Person or compliance-focused role. /li li Experience operating within regulated or high-hazard environments. /li li Strong understanding of health, safety and statutory compliance requirements. /li li Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li li The ability to work independently across multiple sites while building strong working relationships. /li /ul p br /p p strong Essential Qualifications Experience /strong /p ul li Current Authorised Person (AP) certification in one or more JSP disciplines, including: /li li Hazardous Areas /li li Mechanical Systems /li li Confined Spaces /li li Petroleum /li li HV or LV Electrical Systems /li li IOSH or NEBOSH qualification. /li li Full UK driving licence. /li li Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance (SC). /li /ul p br /p p strong Whats on Offer /strong /p ul li Competitive salary and benefits package. /li li Generous holiday allowance with the option to purchase additional leave. /li li Matched pension contributions and life assurance. /li li Private healthcare and health cash plan options. /li li Employee discounts and wellbeing benefits. /li li Career development opportunities within a technically advanced and safety-critical environment. /li li The opportunity to work alongside leading engineering and technical professionals on nationally important programmes. /li /ul p br /p p strong Apply Now /strong /p p If you are an experienced Authorised Person looking for an opportunity to influence safety, compliance and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of sites, we would like to hear from you. /p
