Key Responsibilities

Advise on M&A, private equity, joint ventures and corporate restructuringsDraft, negotiate and manage key transaction documentsLead negotiations and manage transactions through to completionProvide strategic corporate advice to a diverse client baseWork closely with colleagues across specialist teamsSupport business development and networking activityMentor junior team membersMaintain up to date knowledge of legal and regulatory developmentsAbout You:4+ years' PQE in corporate lawStrong experience in M&A and corporate advisory mattersExcellent drafting and negotiation skillsStrong commercial awarenessConfident managing your own mattersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive, collaborative and ambitious approachWhy Join Us?
