Key Responsibilities

Advise on M&A, private equity, joint ventures and corporate restructuringsDraft and negotiate key transaction documentsLead negotiations and manage transactions from start to finishProvide strategic corporate advice to a wide range of clientsCollaborate with colleagues across specialist teamsSupport business development and networking activityMentor junior lawyers and traineesMaintain up to date legal knowledgeAbout You:4+ years' PQE in corporate lawStrong experience in M&A, private equity and corporate advisory mattersExcellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skillsStrong commercial awarenessConfident managing your own mattersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive, ambitious and collaborative mindsetWhy Join Us?
