This is an excellent opportunity to work on high value, complex transactions across M&A and private equity, within a dynamic and forward thinking environment. Hybrid working is available for candidates within a commutable distance of the Bristol office.

The RoleYou will work on a broad range of high quality corporate matters, including: Mergers and acquisitionsPrivate equity transactionsInvestments, disposals and strategic corporate projectsAdvising corporates, business owners, management teams and investorsSupporting sector focused work across energy, insurance and real estateCollaborating with colleagues across a national corporate practiceContributing to business development and client relationship growthYou will join a smaller, motivated sub team within a wider national corporate group of around 50 lawyers, offering both visibility and impact while benefiting from a large, well resourced platform.

Candidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a lawyer with:4+ years' PQE as a UK qualified SolicitorStrong experience in high quality corporate workIdeally, familiarity with private equity transactionsExcellent drafting and analytical skillsAbility to deliver complex advice clearly and pragmaticallyA collaborative mindset and strong team ethosCommercial awareness and a proactive approachWhy Join?
