An exciting opportunity for a Corporate M&A Associate to join a market-leading team handling high-profile transactions across the UK and internationally. You will work on complex public and private M&A, private equity deals, and equity capital markets transactions for a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
Advising on mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate finance matters. Working with high-profile clients across various sectors. Managing and supporting corporate transactions from inception to completion.
Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas to provide a full-service offering. Supporting business development initiatives.
About You
Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered).Experience in Corporate M&A and private equity transactions. Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
