Commercial law firm in Guildford is seeking to recruit a Corporate Senior Associate of 6 or more years’ PQE. This position offers a fantastic platform for career development as the successful candidate will enjoy high visibility (both within and outside the firm) and you will play a key role in business development and provide full partner support.
You will work with the team on a full range of corporate transactions, including M&A, spin-out and venture capital transactions as well as providing on-going company law/corporate advice. You will also be expected to assist with the team’s business development activities.
Previous experience running transactions from start to finish and also supervising juniors is also important. The firm operates a hybrid agile working policy allowing employees to work from home (or another UK location) for up to 50% of their time.
