Job Description A fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor in Leeds to join a highly regarded Tier 1 corporate practice within a major international law firm. You will work alongside high profile Partners on M&A, private equity and cross border transactions, gaining exposure to sophisticated and career defining work.

Client Details Our client is a large international law firm with a strong reputation for high calibre legal work, innovation and client service. The firm works with an impressive client base including those in the FTSE 100 and its Corporate team is known as a Tier 1 team for Yorkshire.

Description The Corporate Solicitor will be: Advising clients on a broad range of corporate transactions Working on high value mergers and acquisitions Working on private equity transactions from inception to completion Advising on complex cross border deals Drafting and reviewing key transaction documents Managing elements of transactions with support from senior lawyers Working closely with partners, associates and clients to deliver excellent outcomes Building strong client relationships and developing commercial awareness * Contributing to the continued growth and success of the corporate practice Profile The Corporate Solicitor should be: A solicitor with around 3 to 6 years PQE Experienced in corporate transactional work Ideally experienced in M&A and private equity matters Comfortable working on complex and high value transactions Ideally exposed to cross border corporate work Commercially minded with strong technical and drafting skills * Interested in developing their career within a large international law firm Job Offer Salary ranging from £77,000 to £90,000 Bonus of up to 30%.
