Corporate Restructuring (Contentious/Non-Contentious)

Overview

In this role you will handle both contentious and non-contentious corporate restructuring and insolvency matters for high-profile cross-border multinationals. You will work within a City office of an elite US law firm, contributing to a breadth of restructuring work and cross-border disputes. Responsibilities

• Manage contentious and non-contentious corporate restructuring and insolvency matters for cross-border clients
• Advise on special situations within non-contentious restructuring
• Handle insolvency-related disputes and related advisory work
• Collaborate with cross-border teams on large, high-profile transactions

Key requirements

• 1–2 PQE
• England & Wales qualified
• Currently at another US, Magic Circle or Silver Circle law firm
• Experience in both contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency
• Excellent academically
• Experience in restructuring and insolvency (contentious and non-contentious)
• Cross-border transaction experience
