Overview

As an Employment Associate in a leading international law firm, you will advise major employers on both contentious and non-contentious matters. You will combine strategic advisory work with handling disputes and play a role in employment aspects of corporate transactions. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across international offices and build strong client relationships, contributing to a high-quality, outcomes-driven practice. Responsibilities

• Advise on day-to-day and strategic employment issues for employers
• Handle employment disputes including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing claims
• Support workplace investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters
• Advise on restructurings, redundancies, TUPE and employment aspects of corporate transactions
• Build relationships with clients and collaborate with international colleagues

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in Employment law
• Trained at a well-regarded law firm with strong technical grounding
• Experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters
• Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
• Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities
