This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a developing presence in the region while working on a varied and high quality caseload.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on acquisitions and disposals, restructures, MBOs, shareholders' agreements and joint venturesLead and support on transactions depending on experienceProvide commercially focused advice to a diverse client baseBuild strong internal and external relationshipsContribute to business development and networking initiativesWork collaboratively across departments and office locationsMaintain excellent client care and strong organisational practicesAbout You: Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in corporate lawStrong drafting, negotiation and analytical skillsExperience across a broad range of corporate mattersProactive, adaptable and highly organisedExcellent communication and relationship building skillsFull UK driving licence and access to transportWhy Join Us?
