Based in the Bournemouth office, this is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 4-6 years' PQE to work on high-quality, complex transactions from day one. The RoleThis is a dynamic and client-facing position, offering exposure to a broad range of corporate matters.

Responsibilities include:Advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and shareholder agreementsManaging your own caseload and supporting senior team members on larger transactionsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsDelivering commercially focused legal adviceContributing to business development and marketing initiativesEnhancing the firm's profile across the South Coast and beyondCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with:4-6 years' PQE in corporate lawA strong academic background and solid technical knowledgeExcellent client care and interpersonal skillsProven business development experienceThe ability to work both independently and collaborativelyAn existing network of referrers or the ability to bring clients (highly desirable)Working ArrangementsThis is a full-time role based in the Bournemouth office, with hybrid working options available.
