You will need to have experience of working with high-end clients at a good quality firm in corporate matters affecting such fields of mergers & acquisitions, banking & finance, private equity work, corporate governance and corporate restructuring.
You should have the ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships with important regional and national clients as well as providing support and advice to colleagues within the firm in a thoroughly collegiate atmosphere.
