You'll work on high-quality M&A and corporate transactions , advising an impressive client base ranging from owner-managed businesses and SMEs to larger corporates. The team handles transactions typically ranging from £2m to £30m+ .
The Role You'll advise on: Mergers, acquisitions and disposals Corporate restructures and shareholder matters General corporate advisory work Strategic and high-value transactions You'll manage your own matters, work closely with experienced Partners and have the opportunity to develop client relationships and business development skills .
About You 3–7 years' PQE in Corporate Law Strong M&A and general corporate experience Commercial and solutions-focused approach Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills Confident managing your own caseload Keen to develop technically and build client relationships Why Apply?
