Corporate Solicitor (5 PQE) | Tonbridge A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its expanding Corporate & Commercial team in Tonbridge. This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of corporate law matters , including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, shareholder agreements, corporate restructuring, insolvency, EMI share schemes and business succession planning .
