A leading South West law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Solicitor or Legal Executive at Managing Associate or Legal Director level. The Role You'll advise on: Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Corporate acquisitions and disposals Group restructures and reorganisations Private Equity transactions Cross-border corporate matters Strategic corporate advice Alongside first-class legal work, you'll build lasting client relationships and help grow an ambitious Corporate team.
