One role will be more junior (2-4PQE), whilst the other is more senior (5-8PQE)THE FIRM:Award winning, high-quality National firm with offices in LeedsVery good regional and national reputation for delivering high quality Corporate legal advice, whilst also achieving a highly regarded working environmentBased in central LeedsTHE ROLES:The team do a range of work for clients from quality SMEs to owner-managed businesses and large corporatesExcellent caseload, predominantly advising on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, Private Equity/Venture Capital transactions, listed company transactions and IPOs.
