The department is one of the largest of its kind in the UK, acting for hundreds of clients where the firm's Trust Corporation or a solicitor is appointed as Deputy or Trustee. The RoleYou'll gain exposure to a broad range of Property and Financial Affairs Deputyship and Personal Injury Trust matters while developing your own caseload. Working alongside experienced Partners, Deputies, solicitors, case managers and healthcare professionals, you will support vulnerable clients and their families with the management of their financial affairs.

Your responsibilities will include
