The Role Managing a caseload of Court of Protection property and affairs matters Handling complex and high-value applications Liaising with clients, families and professional advisors Supporting vulnerable clients with practical and financial matters Working alongside senior colleagues on complex cases Ensuring high standards of client care and service Managing deadlines and delivering work efficiently Supporting wider team development The Candidate 2–5 PQE Court of Protection Solicitor Experience in Court of Protection or Private Client work Knowledge of property and affairs matters desirable Strong technical ability and financial awareness Excellent client care and communication skills Organised with strong attention to detail Commercially aware and proactive approach Experience within a high street or regional firm Benefits Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays Bonus scheme (individual and team) Hybrid working with home office support Enhanced family-friendly and sickness benefits Supportive and collaborative team Clear progression opportunities
