This hire offers hybrid working, strong support and clear progression for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 0-3 years PQE . Salary & Benefits Competitive salary (DOE) Hybrid working arrangement 25 days holiday birthday leave Christmas closure Private medical and dental insurance Pension scheme (salary sacrifice) Wellbeing cash plan Clear progression and structured training Supportive, paper-light environment The Role – Court of Protection/Mental Capacity Law You will join a well-established specialist team handling a varied and rewarding caseload, including: Court of Protection matters under the Mental Capacity Act Supporting vulnerable adults, children and elderly clients Liaising with families, care providers and professionals Managing financial affairs, deputyships and trustee matters Visiting clients in care settings and at home Working closely with financial advisers on longer-term planning Candidate Profile Solicitor or Legal Executive Newly qualified to 3 years PQE invited to apply Court of Protection experience beneficial but not essential A background in private client, family law, or litigation welcomed Strong interest in Mental Capacity / vulnerable client work Excellent communication and client care skills Why This Role?
